"I bought this wheelchair recently for my cousin and we really liked how comfortable and and easy to use it is. This wheelchair is very portable, foldable and has two batteries. The speed is adequate to our need and it's a very easy to move around in all kind of spaces. Will recommend this wheelchair as it quite affordable in comparison to what all I have seen around".

What is the difference between your lead-acid and lithium models?
Lead-acid E-Winn models (the “A” names) are the budget option and travel about 10–15 km per charge. Lithium-ion models (the “I” names) are lighter, last considerably longer, and travel about 15–20 km. Both reach up to 6 km/h and charge in about 6 hours. Our lithium batteries also carry a 24-month warranty — longer than the 12 months many brands offer.
How far will it go on one charge, and how long does it take to charge?
Range is about 10–15 km on a lead-acid model and 15–20 km on a lithium model, depending on terrain, load, and tyre type. All E-Winn chairs charge fully in around 6 hours from a standard point. Actual range varies with slopes and rider weight.
How fast does an electric wheelchair go?
All E-Winn models have a top speed of about 6 km/h, roughly a brisk walking pace, set for safe indoor and outdoor use. A 5-speed controller lets you choose a slower setting for tight or crowded spaces.
What functions does the joystick have?
The joystick controls driving speed and direction, and includes a horn and a battery-level indicator.
How heavy is the electric wheelchair — can it go in a car?
It varies by model: the lightweight aluminium E-Winn 303 I is about 18 kg with its battery, while larger reclining models are around 45–48 kg. All fold down, and some models fold without needing to remove the battery, which makes packing away quicker. The lighter lithium models are the practical choice if you need to lift it into a car regularly.
How do you steer it?
E-Winn chairs use a joystick controller with 5 speed settings and 360-degree turning for tight spaces. The joystick is interchangeable, so it can be set up for either hand, and releasing it brings the chair to a controlled stop.
Are electric wheelchairs safe on slopes and uneven ground?
They use an electromagnetic braking system that holds automatically when you stop, backed by manual brakes and anti-tip castors. Pneumatic or solid tyres and a low seat add stability. As with any powered chair, take inclines slowly and stay within the rated capacity.
Can it recline or support the back and head?
The E-Winn 304 A and 304 I are high-back models with a headrest, and the 304 I adds a reclining backrest for longer periods of sitting. The rest of the range uses a flippable or foldable backrest for easy transfers and storage.
Can I travel or fly with the battery?
The chairs fold for car and train travel, and the lithium (LFP) models are the easiest to handle. Airline rules for batteries vary by carrier and battery type, so check directly with your airline before flying — we can provide the battery specifications and certificates you will need to share with them.
